Barbara Little, CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) Ms. Little received her bachelor degree in nursing from York College of PA in 1987. Following this, she was a staff nurse in the neurosurgery department at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore until 1990, when she began a position at the Polyclinic Medical Center, where she was a staff nurse in the oncology, nephrology, and respiratory departments. In 1996, she earned a master of public administration from Penn State University and took a position in the York Health System as their oncology nurse manager until 1999. Ms. Little then began an acute dialysis RN/coordinator position at Dialysis Corporation of America, where she remained until she started her position here at Hershey Kidney Specialists in 2002, when she began coordinating our dialysis care and in 2004 she completed her master of science degree in nursing at Bloomsburg University. She now supervises all of our out-patient dialysis care and case manages 150+ dialysis patients. Ms. Little has also recently taken on clinics of her own in the Harrisburg office.
